Stopped working within a year
I bought this splitter hoping that it would remove HDCP copy protection to play games from my PS4 and PS3 systems without Use record another crazy workaround. While I can safely say that the splitter removed the HDCP copy protection (at least the device I received) and was able to successfully split the HDMI signal, the device didn't last long. One of the HDMI output ports stopped working after a year. No matter what I tried, I was no longer able to split the signal the way I needed to send it to my second monitor. If you're looking for a short-term solution, this ViewHD splitter might be for you. However, don't expect it to last long.
