The ability to work with the customer directly is always helpful! I like how easy it is for us to communicate via email or text. Sometimes, it can be difficult to get in touch with someone if you are not on their schedule. If they are able to take your call or email, then that's great. However, if you're not able to speak to them at the time of your request, it can be hard to follow up. In my experience, Permit-LV has been very quick to respond and provide answers. They have helped me find multiple issues with my home before purchase. I am confident that they will help me with any issue that comes up during construction.
