As for the bundled AKG headphones, I would like to note that they are comfortable and have a lot of potential. For some reason, they play quietly and inexpressively with the S8, but with a hi-fi player, they really surprise you. They sound a little bright; the mids are bulging; bass, rather, monitor; upper frequencies -
"honest", not cut down for the sake of softness of sound. One thing is clear: Apple AirPods/EarPods headphones are torn to shreds, because they are made by a professional audio company that produces studio equipment.

Pros

1) Just an incredible screen. Excellent color reproduction and brightness. The colors are saturated, but not acidic, there is nothing vyryglaznogo. High resolution: pixels are indistinguishable even in FHD+, let alone WQHD+. The phone is sharpened for two hands and with this use of accidental touches, rounded edges do not occur. I am generally not a fan of surfing the Internet, holding the phone vertically, but here I don’t even want to turn it - and it’s so convenient. 2) Almost the best camera on the smartphone market with a clear interface and a lot of fine-tuning shooting parameters. Shoots great; saves in RAW. So you can then process the pictures in Lightroom. 3) Cool sound from portable hi-fi headphones. The DAC here, apparently, is worth a decent one. Although, paradoxically, the complete AKG shakes badly. About them - a little later. 4) Face recognition and retinal scanner work stably. 5) The Samsung shell, in my opinion, has been brought to mind. It's nice to use. No performance issues have been found so far. 6) Open file system, the ability to install third-party applications. Yes, in 2022 you have to write down such trifles as pluses, looking back at what Apple is doing. 7) Slot for microSD card. Memory can be expanded to almost a third of a terabyte. 8) Dust and moisture protection. The phone, of course, is not diving, but it's not scary to get wet.

Cons

1) The price is too high. Bought at a discount. To give 45-50 kilorubles for him would not turn his hand. As for me, the device costs 35 thousand, no more. I think that's how much it will cost and will be after the release of S9, because it is no longer a flagship. 2) From the point of view of body materials, it is extremely impractical. Glass, however tough and tough, is slippery; has a habit of cracking and scratching; collects fingerprints. Just imagine that your smart is entirely made of the same material as its screen! Although, this is the white of many modern smart phones, so the minus is not unique to this phone. 3) Bixby camera is useless. The idea, of course, is promising, but the recognition algorithm is still stupid: it recognizes objects, but the brand and model do not. Apparently, AI has not yet matured to this level.
