I found this easy to fold the first time and impossible the second time - go figure. I ended up dislodging the metal piece from the piece that connects it to the other piece, causing it to tear the tent. Fortunately, customer service offered a refund so I can buy another one. I unfortunately did not find the visuals for the directions on the bag helpful, and the video that is attached when you scan the bar code was too fast for me to see what was happening. I'm attaching my own video in hopes of saving people from my mistake. I found it helpful to think of the folding as 3 circles/loops that get stacked on top of each other - I had been thinking I needed to make 2 or 4 loops but this is not the case. I'm attaching a video!
