I like that it is very easy to use, has great customer support if you need help with anything in particular (I have never needed this), but also allows for customization of your own schedule as well! It's not perfect by any means - some things are confusing or hard/impossible at times when creating an event calendar entry which can be frustrating sometimes because there isn't much documentation around how certain features work yet either so we're still learning what our options really look liked etc., however they've been working towards adding more functionality over time too now though :) Great tool overall; saves me tons oof hours each month doing my job!!
