Save some money and buy a K&N
I've always had a K&N filter in every truck I've ever owned. There is much controversy surrounding their effectiveness and claims of adding more power. Yes, these filters may not really perform and may clog a little sooner in dusty conditions. I put them in my cars so I don't have to buy another air filter. A regular paper filter costs $12-18 on average. It takes about 4 replacements before you reach the cost of any of these filters. It's worth it for me. I clean mine with every oil change, so that saves a bunch of bucks over time.
