About sharpness: 50 at open f4.5 is much sharper than 16-50 at f8-9. At f9-10, I did my favorite pentax 50 1.4 on similar focal lengths, which is also better than 16-50. Despite the fact that 16-50 is better than all analogues from kenon and nikon. Stabilization: identical to the one at 16-50 and the stub allows you to shoot at 1/15, 1/30 with some accuracy. What saves, because without a matrix stub it is really possible to get a frame without movement only by 1/100. I use it as the main lens on the x-t20. The results are not just pleasing, but even impressive friends of professionals with very cool equipment and optics. There are few chromates and vignetting, but there are those for whom this is a problem, pay attention. Autofocus with the x-t20: very fast and accurate, the same applies to the tracking autofocus, which is also a pleasant surprise. I got it in a whale for 77k with a carcass and 16-50 (conditionally for 13). In fact, this is enough for almost any task. Only the fixes 50/2 and 90/2 are sharper, and then it is completely insignificant, as well as the incredible 50-140 / 2.8, which is possibly one of the best lenses of our time. I recommend to buy. There is no point in overpaying for a lighter analogue of 50-200.
