We often make our child smoothies to try and get them to eat something that we wouldn't be able to get them past in the usual way. When that fails, we turn smoothies into popsicles. As far as I know it has never failed. I can freeze prune juice mixed with ground spinach and put it in a popsicle and call it dessert. And my kid is very smart and very picky. These popsicle molds are great for this purpose and are pretty cheap. I probably wouldn't have bothered to write a review on this product if I hadn't found it helpful to talk about the "popsicle trick".
