3rd, new does not connect
This is my 3rd training collar from this brand. One works great. We lost one that also worked well. The third one we bought does not connect to the receiver. I've tried pairing it with another remote but it still won't connect. I emailed the company (the email from the brochure) and received an email saying the account doesn't exist. Overall I've had really good luck with this brand but I have no idea how to get help for my product that isn't working properly. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars as both of my dogs have responded well to these collars.
