My first smokeless grill was chicken thighs. Mmmm. I have done everything suggested in the brochure that came with the product. I set the temperature to 400° and turned on the fan. Since these were large chicken thighs, I planned and slow cook them. I fried each side of the chicken. legs about 45 minutes. However, the device turned itself off automatically and I don't know why. Turns out there is an auto shut off after 90 minutes. That's good news. Since this is my first time cooking anything with the grill, I probably cooked the chicken drumsticks longer than necessary, but at the same time they turned out pretty tasty nonetheless. I'll admit the chicken thighs are smoke free and I can't wait to have two or three of them with couscous and salad tonight. (They were amazing). The support people answered me very quickly and I was very satisfied with their answer: Please note: the automatic shutdown occurs after 90 minutes, which is 90 minutes after switching on, including warm-up.
