We've had this grill for two months and only used it a handful of times. Now the fan doesn't work. The instructions say not to use it without a fan. VERY DEFECTIVE and ILLEGAL that this grill was so poorly made. And it didn't last more than a few uses. I've been looking for something in this price range for years.

Only gave one star because I had to give it something to give this review. It didn't get hot the first time I used it. Everything seems to work - power, fan and temperature sensor - but the element does not heat up. I tried to contact Cusimax online but couldn't get a response from their 'chat' line. We will return it.

This reversible electric grill is great! I love this grill. It is very important to preheat it before use. Grill marks are beautiful. I can cook meat, mushrooms and squash at the same time and you can enjoy lunch right on the grill. And no smoke! ! ! ! Two baking molds are better than other brands. Would I recommend this product? Absolutely! !

I don't normally write product reviews but I had to because I had to warn the consumer. The handles that attach the handle to the jar lid have a VERY SHARP metal tip. When I tried to wash the lid, I suffered a very deep scratch that caused me to bleed all over my body (the photo of my hand was taken some time after the incident). PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

I bought this not knowing anything about its reliability, ease of use, grilling etc. Well this is a great quality smokeless indoor electric grill. Got it on a Sunday and used it on a Labor Day Grill for three quests. This grill heats up to the right temperature very quickly and I cooked 5 sausages and 4 hamburgers at the same time.
