I've been looking for a heated neck massager for a long time. I have dozens that work great, but I wanted something wireless. As a nurse, my neck hurts a lot when I stand in front and draw cards. So it's nice when I can sit down at lunch and use the neck massager to relax. I even use it when I plot. There is a 15 minute timer which is very convenient. It comes with a small remote control that I only carry in my pocket. You can adjust the heating settings, modes and massage intensity simply by pressing the buttons on the remote control. The instructions are easy to follow. The device works best if the metal contacts are slightly damp before placing on the neck. Make sure you start with slow heating and then adjust the temperature to your desired temperature. The device is small but suitable for an average sized person. I'm 5ft 7" and slim and it fits comfortably around my neck. If you are a man with a big neck, this may be too tight. I think this is a great massager for the money. I read many reviews before I bought this one. I used it the first night I got it and it worked right out of the box. I didn't have to charge it or anything. It comes with its own USB cable that requires an adapter to plug into the wall. Overall I think this is a great purchase. It's convenient, compact and convenient. It comes with a remote control and also has controls on the side of the unit. A great gift for yourself or someone special in your life. Highly recommended from my personal and professional point of view. It really helped relax the neck and back muscles.
