High quality protein in disposable pouches. The main plus for me: small portion size. Flavor ranges from average to pretty good, but even the flavors I don't like are acceptable as they pack a lot of protein into a small dose. I prefer to mix 1 sachet with about 50ml of very cold water. Also works with ice (especially crushed ice) if you have the time.
