Missing and broken

Working reels appear solid and well made, but the fact that one of the 7 that arrived is not spinning properly is worrying. Also only 7 arrived even though I bought a pack of 8. They came in a whole box but inside the plastic bag was torn and all the wheels were leaking. I paid a bit more for them as I got the impression from the description online that they were of higher quality but that doesn't seem to be the case. My project is currently delayed by a few days while waiting for a replacement.
