I like how easy it was to set up and implement. It's very intuitive and doesn't require too much training or setup work. Everything works well together so there isn't anything about this product that would make me feel it wasn't worth the investment! We've been able to really ramp up our sales efforts with just one additional person (a dedicated social media manager). As we continue to grow as an organization, we'll be looking at other aspects of Social Selling such as lead nurturing and appointment setting but for now, we're loving knowing that someone else has the responsibility for getting leads onto my team and helping them close deals. If you need additional support once your marketing automation platform is live, then having a separate point person will help ensure consistency in approach across all channels. This means less time spent managing multiple teams and providing different types of guidance/assistance depending upon which channel they come into contact with.
