There are no instructions, but if you buy something like this you should have an idea of how to do it! Next the shipping, shipped very quickly, arrived earlier than expected! Finally installation. If you have a replacement hood you do NOT need it, but if you have an aftermarket hood like carbon fiber then you should buy one if you don't want to risk your hood flying towards you. Now for the installation itself. Installation is easy, but intimidating at first. We strongly recommend making a cardboard hood template before cutting. Locate where the metal pin is in the engine compartment. Drill a hole first. Cover the hood with masking tape, place the template on the hood and draw. Start cutting! Much luck! My hood is fully protected and I have nothing to worry about!
