I live in San Diego County and bought these stickers about a week before our last fire. Although I don't live in a fire prone area, I have long commutes to and from work. Driving home in traffic, hearing on the walkie-talkie that there was a fire in my area, and seeing smoke near my house, it was scary. Since pets tend to hide during a fire, I was relieved to learn I had a sign on my windows saying I would help my cat survive. I had to wet the decals to make them stick, but they lasted for weeks in high temperatures and wind. They are bold and bright and easy to see from across the street. I hope I never have to put these warning stickers to the test, but I'm very glad I have them.
