Now with only 2 people in our house my husband complains that I can't stop cooking for 5. These foil pans are the perfect answer to not constantly eating the same balances for several days. I just dump half of the recipe into one of these pans, cover with a foil lid, label with heat instructions and date, and pop in the freezer.
