Review on Park Tool Bottom Bracket 32Mm by Ronald Duguay
Good product, excellent seller!
I recently purchased a Park Tool BBT-32 for servicing the bottom bracket on my old Trek and Framed Minnesota 2.0 hardtail and it's been great so far. At $13.49, this is a good price for a well-known brand like Park Tool. That being said, the main reason I'm writing this review is because of Trail This's 5-star customer service. The customer service rep responded quickly and politely to a delivery issue and did everything possible to resolve the issue, even though it wasn't his fault.
