What I like about these rulers is that the inches on the bottom/bottom of the rulers go left to right. Within each inch segment there are different fractional units depending on which inch segment you are in. I had an issue, the 14 inch ruler was inaccurate, on closer inspection it was clipped and it was off. I contacted the company and told them the ruler didn't work. They offered me a refund and I only offered a replacement for the 14 inch ruler as the others were fine. I just received a new full set and the new 14 inch ruler is accurate. I appreciate the quick response and as a courtesy they refunded my money anyway! Thanks again.
