Review on Enhanced Tie Downs for Classic Ford Trucks: Bull Ring Bed Accessories by Dewey Galyon

First of all great customer service. Steve exceeded all expectations. Second, great product. Looks great and works as it should. Highly recommended. But now for the worse. And it's not with the Bull Rings. It's with Ford. I have a 2014 F-150 XLT. The rings that I ordered according to the instructions fit perfectly out of the box into the two rear holes. There were no front two. I contacted Bull Rings and spoke to Steve. He was great. Very helpful and patient. I measured the holes in the side panels where the bull rings are installed and photographed them. My truck was built with an even more extreme offset than most. Steven ordered a kit that fits my holes. I had to wait a bit to get them because they are different from most. When I received them both fit perfectly in the right front hole but not the left. Still 1/16 to 1/32 inch. My eyes can't make out something that small. I called Bull Rings and they again offered to replace them. I turned it down as they had already replaced her once and it would be unfair to them to do it for something that wasn't their fault. After all, as a company they are allowed to make a profit (I'm proudly not a socialist and never will be). Steve explained the design and construction to me and how best to cut one side. I could do it and got the perfect shape. Thank you Steve and Bull Rings for a great product and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company and their products.
