ok. Let's get started. As everyone said. The T-connector WILL leak. Don't even try to work with it. It is not compatible with American connectors. like you said. but I went to the home store for a new valve. as you can see in my picture. I replaced my single valve that goes to the toilet with a dual valve with a 1/4" compression fitting. The brass compression ring MATCHES the plastic hose and will work with the valve as long as it is 1/4". My spare valve worked great. First I tried to get the factory T-valve to work. used a ton of teflon. tape, or should I say a ton of teflon tape wasted lol. after my first failed attempt. I found a much better and simpler solution for the unit itself the first impression is very good the seat attaches easily to my toilet I bought it for my girlfriend so it will take a week or two for an updated user review rked.seat was warm. water warmed up immediately. Air dryer worked. I got the unit with remote control and I'm glad I did. Just stuck it with double sided tape to the wall that was already attached to the remote control bracket inside has magnets so it stays on the bracket quite well. Holding the remote seemed like the way to go compared to controlling from the side. I tested all functions and it worked as it should. The night light is not as bright as you might think. but it looks pretty cool. dark purple color. My friend was happy that I finally have a bidet. and i told her if it worked well over time i would buy it. I'll report on that in a few weeks. As for the star rating. I gave it 4 stars because of the "T" connector issue. But I read all the reviews and knew what to look out for when purchasing. Plumbing skills, it will be an easy fix to do what I did. And I recommend you do it! Don't bother with a factory t-shirt, it won't fit, but so far I'm very happy with my purchase and even more so with my girlfriend!
