Plugged in, Windows automatically loaded Bluetooth drivers but nothing worked. He found nothing and nothing could find him. So definitely not a plug and play device. Then I looked at the crappy chinese instructions and had to go to the crappy chinese website, download the crappy driver zip file and do the crappy installation of other crappy bluetooth drivers. After a reboot it seems to be working now. Although with a fresh driver install I wonder what kind of crappy spyware got installed as part of it.
