Review on Digitail by Steve Guillen

I love that it allows you to use your own vet clinic if needed as well! It's easy for me to log into and make appointments from anywhere in my house (even while watching tv). The interface is not always intuitive so be patient with learning how to navigate through each function of this platform. There are some minor glitches here and there but they're really quick to fix when brought to their attention by our office staff. So far we haven't noticed any downsides to using digitail over other platforms like PetPal etc. We've used digitail at home and also at work which has made things easier. It is very easy to use for both clients and veterinarians. I love that it has so many different options for our business. The only thing I dislike about this program is how difficult it can be to keep track of appointments due to not being able to sort by date/time. So far we have been happy with DigiTail. We've had some great success with scheduling new patients and keeping up with patient visits.
