The fit of these breeches surprised me as I usually have gap issues. I usually wear 26r (26l if I can find it) and the shorts fit like a glove. I'm almost 5'10 with a 35 inseam and they hit me just above my ankle bone (26r usually hits the bottom of the calf). The waist is on the narrow side and has almost no stretch. So if you have wide hips, you may find it difficult to fit them. Everything stretches well except for the belt. I like the fig color and plan to buy some other colors. My measurements on the day I received them were 26" waist 38" hips 35" inseam and I bought the small ones. #geauxtigers
