Good but not great.

I bought this vacuum cleaner to replace a same size Shopvac that lost its motor after 5 years. The price of this unit was less than a Shopvac motor replacement which may be key to what I got. The Stanley is well made, but a bit louder than my old one. What annoys me is that the hose is too short and the filter (bag) has to be cleaned too often. I'm hoping to find a HEPA filter and adapt a hose from another vacuum to solve both of these problems. Otherwise it works fine.
