I use these for my watermon "agua fresca" I use for my blended, fresh guava smoothie, my guava jam puree and my homemade "chile Colorado" (Mexican red chile from dried chiles) I use for enchiladas. They're perfect. Leaving velvety smooth sauces and clear fresh juices. Only - I'd designate ONE of the three, exclusively for any chile straining - because chili stains and may leave a sort of flavor behind. Kind of why you would use a seperate container in a coffee grinder that's also used for spice grinding - it's recommend that they both don't be ground in same container-so it's the same with these bags. That way your almond milk doesn't have the flavor of red chile.
