Review on 🎧 Philips SHP6000 HiFi Stereo Wired Headphone: High Resolution Audio, Deep Bass, Superior Comfort & Over-Ear Design by Bryan Orozco

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not bad but disappointing (even for such a price)

Pros: + Generally a solid case. Very solid + very long chord (when you need distance) + decent bass + decent treble + includes an amplifier audio jack + cheap Cons: - No noise cancellation - Bass and treble can be a little tinny at lower volumes - Surprisingly smooth at higher volumes - Price difference (should be a bit cheaper for the quality) - very long chord (if you're using this for pc/phone tuning it's ridiculously long) Overall summary: a little bland in bass and treble but durability is good enough to give a to last a long time (provided it is well cared for). I got these headphones for $40 but the sound quality seems to be closer to the $30-$35 range. For simply watching YouTube videos or music, these are decent headphones. However, if you are trying to edit audio files or create music, don't waste your time. There are other options in this price range. I find the sound decent, not much to write about (even for this price range), but to be fair the durability compared to other headphones is much better than usual. That's because the hinges don't get much use compared to other headphones. Perhaps the company has prioritized durability over sound, which I think is a double-edged sword.

Pros
  • nice touch
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
