this is GREAT for wooden floors
The mop head definitely doesn't get as wet as a regular sponge mop (I also have a Libman Nitty Gritty Mop and a Libman Wonder Mop) which is GREAT for wooden floors. Cleans well. I gave 3 stars because I've been through too many mops for it to be worth it. They rip after only a few uses and I only use them for about a 10x10 foot area around the carpets in my house when all is said and done. Unfortunately, I have the same problem with the Libman Nitty Gritty mop heads, which tear apart after a few uses.
