Good for making chicken salad

I use it mainly for shredding cooked chicken and I alternately add boiled eggs, onions, peppers and celery to make a chicken salad. It's very easy to clean. Since some parts cannot be washed in the dishwasher, I wash everything by hand. I actually think there's less of a problem washing parts by hand anyway. I left the box to store the pieces between uses. This is a great accessory.
