Perfect size, great quality. This Farberware cutting board is perfect. The size is large, but I also took a slightly smaller one for some prep work. Easy to clean, impervious to knife scratches, doesn't leave stains on beets either: in other words, it does everything I could wish for. I've washed it over 20 times and it's holding up very well. I also like what it doesn't have: useless handles on the bottom that lift it off the stand and allow the board to flex when I need it stable. No silly color inserts. No disturbing textures on the surface. No juice catchers in size. carrot juice? For real. This is a cutting board, a kitchen tool. That's what I need, that's what I have. I have used Farberware chopping boards for many years and each one lasts 10-15 years. They are neither thick nor bulky, but have the necessary weight and stiffness that a good board should bring. I would only buy them.
