🔪 Farberware Plastic Cutting Board - 11x14-inch, White - Model 78892-10 Review

I've tried many cutting boards over the years and this is the first that I would classify as a dangerous product. You are very thin. After a single wash in the dishwasher, they are so deformed that they are not stable even on rubber mats. They warped in weird ways that I've never seen on a cutting board before. I've taken them off a few times when doing basic cuts that almost resulted in a cut. I bought 2 so it's not just a problem. Do not buy. Don't lose your finger.

Although this cutting board is large, it is thinner than I could tell from the photos. I needed one of the boards almost 1/2 thick so I could lay it over the sink. It doesn't work because it's thin and doesn't sit well on the sink. Works great on flat surfaces. When I try to cut the sink, it bends and can fall into the sink. If you just need to put it on a flat surface it's great, but its thinness means it can't be used over a sink so what you're cutting doesn't fall into the sink. Its…

Original Revain Product Description: DIMENSIONS: 11" long x 14" wide x 0.25" thick. Both size references are incorrect as the actual thickness is 0.20" as measured using a new undamaged plastic sheet which is still intact top and bottom as measured with a digital caliper. Perfect size, great quality. This Farberware cutting board is perfect. The size is large, but I also took a slightly smaller one for some prep work. Easy to clean, impervious to knife scratches, doesn't leave stains on beets either: in other words, it does everything I could wish for. I've washed it over 20 times and it's holding up very well.
