Customers didn't hear me well. I wanted to replace my corporate mono headset because it's uncomfortable, but at least customers can hear me. Also, the volume in my ear is too loud even when I turn the phone volume to the lowest level. I hear every pinprick and it's as if the buyer is speaking into my ear through a bullhorn. I think it might be good for some people but I found it unbearably loud. Edit: I played with the mic angle a bit and it seems to work better. Sometimes clients tell me they can barely hear me, but it's not as bad as I initially thought. Let's see how he behaves over time. The sound quality in my ear is still a bit loud, but quite clear.
