The install was an absolute beast. Multiple painful joints and fingers. Luckily I never had a single click when the ball came off the bungee and hit me. However, this is the nature of bungee systems. The installation took about 2 hours. The instructions were clear enough. However, I have watched YouTube videos of other setups to facilitate some tricks. I included this in my 2 hours. You really stretched the bungee. The bungee on the front corner of the windshield was confusing as to which stud they attached. I even lowered the windshield, but that didn't change anything. Don't place the bungee on one side all at once, spread out the order and try going the opposite way to aid in the stretch. Aside from the ease of installation, I would buy this umbrella again. It really bangs down the sun and helps minimize sunburn. Significantly reduces wind turbulence and has little effect on wind noise. Very durable, expect a long service life. You can still easily remove the liberty plates.
