I love that it's easy to use for my practice! It is very user friendly with all of their features being able to be accessed from any device anywhere at anytime (even when you're away). There are some things about instantmedicalhistory i don't like but they've been working hard making improvements in this area as well so hopefully we'll see more changes soon too!! Overall great service/product-easy accessibility across devices even while traveling or not around computer etc.- ability to keep track off patients easily without having them come into office every time there needs updating - can do online appointments through our website which saves us alot of money by reducing paper work.
