The ease with which you can create schedules is great! I haven't had any issues so far but it's still in beta mode - just wanted to give them time before posting anything negative (though nothing has come up yet). It would be nice if there was more control over what schedule components are available when creating an event or shift change request; currently this seems limited by departmental policy/rules rather than user preference. We have been able to centralize our scheduling needs into one place without having multiple systems that weren’t compatible between each other. This makes things much easier from both front end staff members as well as management since we're all working off the same data set now instead of disparate information sources across different platforms. Now everyone knows where everything stands at once versus tracking down individual employees who may not even know their own status within the organization anymore.
