Review on 🍽️ Greater Goods Glass Kitchen Scale - Premium Surface for Precise Cooking and Easy Cleaning, Designed in St. Louis (Silver) by Donna Jones

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good scales are good for Libra

This is a good scale, not too expensive and has easy to read numbers. They seem to be as accurate as my other two scales as they all reported the same weight for different items. The large LCD was easier to read than I expected, even in low light. I also like that there are no buttons here, but touch sensors for setting the weight type and for zeroing or switching on/off. I also like the generous Greater Goods five-year warranty. I really like that you can use each container, tar and add say 1/2 cup of water using the fluid ounce measurement so no fiddling with the measuring cup. The only thing I have to pick is that for grams, pounds and ounces, fl oz and milliliters, the top line of the LCD display is small and a bit difficult to read. When the light source is in front of you, this part of the display is shadowed by the top of the dial and is very difficult to read. This happens, for example, if you have under-cabinet lighting. This is not a breach of contract. They are mainly interested in an easy-to-read weight display, but this part of the scale could be designed a little better. In general, the scale wins.
