Review on Ultimate Ringside 50 lb Adult Boxing Heavy Punching Bag Kit by Brandon Plowden

I got this bag after boxing on Wii and I really liked it. Don't laugh, it's a great workout! I figured if I liked it that much virtually, it would be even cooler to pocket it in real life. This bag is perfect for me as a beginner and relatively light. I really appreciated the accessories that came with it (particularly the gloves) since I started with no gear and this set helped me get started. Well, pretty easy. To my knowledge this is a really heavy bag so my husband and I had to lift the box to set it up and he had to hang it for me (I supported it while he did the hanging work). Make sure you attach it securely to a beam or solid structural member. We used a large beam in the middle of my basement. Once I could actually use the bag it was pretty easy to get the hang of. Overall I'm very happy with it and I feel like my stamina is steadily improving. In fact, I watched a few tutorial videos on YouTube to make sure my technique didn't hurt me. If I keep this up, hopefully over time I'll have enough confidence to try boxing at my gym.
