I have a pair of e-bike wheels with little room to access the chamber valve. I have a similar adapter from Topeak, but sometimes it's very tedious to pump air into the tube with a manual air pump - it seems to depend mostly on the brand of tube. Thought I'd try this adapter to see if it takes less effort with a hand pump. When using this adapter, air from the hand pump enters the hose with less force. But that doesn't make up for the fact that the tire is almost flat when I screw this adapter onto the tube valve. As soon as I start unscrewing the adapter, the air in the hose will shoot out and most of the air will escape before I can use the pump. My goal is usually to increase the air pressure in the chamber by adding 10 or 15 pounds to bring the tire back up to 80 pounds. With this adapter I have to start pumping up a mostly flat tire because all the air came out trying to screw the adapter onto the valve. This product is useless for my purposes. I've never had this problem with a Topeak adapter.
