UPDATE: Scrap - THIS TIME THE REPLACEMENT BALL JOINT ENDED AFTER TWO USES. 2 times boom. Same thing - the tiny piece of plastic connecting the head screw is too flimsy. This is by design to keep you buying it. Disgusting junk. The hose works so well I don't know how to maintain my large cichlid tank without it. BUT the ball joint has broken three times in five years. That's ridiculous. It should never break as it is a simple mechanism. Planned obsolescence I guess. If you love your Python hose (and who doesn't?), you'll receive a small but steady stream of guaranteed revenue from your customers.
