I have a lot of experience with cars and have been doing it all my life. The installation of these mirrors was very simple and straightforward. That being said, I think the quality control on these mirrors was a little off. They retract and fold as expected and the power adjustment works great. The problem is, I don't think they did a good job of designing the mirror glass mount themselves. At motorway speeds, the picture shakes a lot due to wind turbulence. They wobble on every bump in the road and at lower speeds. Whenever I'm in the mood to play with the mirrors, I'll probably take them off, disassemble the internal motors, and see if I can tighten them up a bit to fix the wobble. All in all a perfect OEM replacement, buy Motorcraft parts; Save a buck, get these guys and live with it.
