This is the middle footrest and it works very well. I installed it on my kid's 16" bike and it fits perfectly. The wheel has the perfect inclination, the stand shaft is completely retracted. It would be easy to lengthen the kickstand stem with the included Allen key to fit larger bikes. I didn't have to do this so I can't comment on how easy it is to adjust the stock but it looks very well built and the design looks good. I'm sure the Allen screw will hold the stem when it's being pushed out by larger bikes. The mechanism is also very smooth and my child has no trouble raising and lowering the stand. I think it may not fit some 16" wheels. So I've included some photos to show that it fits perfectly on our old 16" kit bike that I rebuild every few years.
