We haven't had any problems with wood warping or anything like that. All the details were very smooth. We had trouble setting the laser cutting speed for each board. It wasn't magical, but that was ok. After masking everything was clear and ready for assembly or painting. One note I came across is that if you have good settings for this tree and save them in Glowforge, you look at the edges of the tree before you cut it. Because the parts appear as if they were laser cut, you can tell the laser cutting power by the color of the edge. If it looks like a dark burn, I had to slow down the laser. You can then adjust based on that edge, and it worked fine. I will order more pieces. It also colors well for me. This review was not given in exchange for trying the product, but if they want to give it to me in return I'll take it! LAUGH OUT LOUD
