I managed to lose 6 hours of my life on these power steering pumps that I'll never get back. And I have to change it again. Pump #1 - worked but was just as noisy as the pump it replaced. They sent a replacement pump. Pump number 2 - runs much quieter, but produces no pressure. At high speeds there is sufficient pressure, but at lower speeds (e.g. cornering) there is no pressure, so the power steering and brake booster do not work (power steering). Both pumps were replaced in the same way, the fluid flushed and filled. with AC Delco (GM) OEM fluid from dealer. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product at the moment.
