Decent product, poor packaging
These rails appear to be well made, although others are 12 gauge steel. The box was damaged and partially opened, only the tracks were inside. No documents, receipts or even crumpled paper to prevent them from bouncing around in the box. I think their packaging practices could be taken up a notch.
