We're not pilots but this year we had the rare opportunity to use this travel converter across two continents; Europe (UK and continent) and East Asia (Korea). We are happy to report that the converter works perfectly and allows our family to charge all our electronics wherever we are. Multiple outlets proved to be the most useful given the number of devices to be supported. While there is a fan that supposedly cools the converter, that didn't bother us, and certainly not to the extent that some reviewers have pointed out. And when you're thousands of miles from home in a foreign country, it seems like a small thing and hardly worth mentioning. This road converter is now a staple in our travel kit.
