The printer is great but the app sucks

The printer itself is great but the app has serious problems. It keeps getting stuck and won't let you go while you're typing and you click on another section, you have to use the spacebar to move the cursor. Also, some fonts don't allow numbers, commas, etc., which is very annoying. Connecting to the printer also takes forever. I like the end results so it's worth it for me, but they really need to fix the app and make it better.
