I think these mugs are wonderful. At first I was a little reluctant to order them due to some negative reviews but, I'm so happy I did; they're great! Yes; the glass is a little thin b/c of the double wall design (for insulation) and you should be a little careful w/them but they're very sturdy and do well in the dishwasher. I usually have a hot beverage a couple of times/day (mostly tea and the occasional cup of coffee) and I'm using these mugs exclusively; I think they're holding up remarkably well. The packaging was perfect and my mugs arrived intact. The enclosed care card is helpful in terms of how they were made and states you should be a little more careful w/the mugs but don't go crazy/they're made to be used/washed/enjoyed. I'm usually pretty careful w/my mugs and dishes anyway and haven't noticed that I treat these any differently than other glassware I have. They look so nice and I'm very happy I got them.
