Fits. Used on a 1990 Fuel Injected Ford 300 Straight-Six. The picture in the listing can be confusing as the end of the radiator is shown on the left hand side so the view in the photo looks more like what you might see under the truck even though it is the upper radiator hose. A short arc goes to the thermostat housing.
