Got my first new mountain bike about 6 months ago. I was recommended to try this fork lube after about 3 months. The first application gave my McQueen fork a smooth buttery amazing like new finish. The best part is that it stays that way with every application. I use it every few rides now (as well as on the seatpost and rear suspension) and will continue to do so. I ride about 20 miles a week on dusty or loose trails and one bottle seems to last an entire season, although time will tell. Highly recommended.
